| Abstract: | A method for determination of content of berberine hydrochloride in Shuitiao Powders by HPLC was estabished.Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18 column(4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm) was used,the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1%phosphoric acid(38∶62)(adding 0.1 g SDS per 100 mL solution),detection wavelength was 265 nm.The results indicated that the calibration curve was linear within the range of 0.177~0.885 μg(R=0.9997) for berberine hydrochloride,and the average recovery was 99.1%(RSD=0.89%).The method was simple,accurate with good reproducibility,which could be used to determine the content of berberine hydrochloride in Shuitiao Powders and to control its quality. |
