细菌耐酸耐氟驯化培养试验研究

摘    要:为了得到耐酸和耐氟的优良菌株,本研究采用经过初步驯化的细菌进行了细菌耐酸耐氟驯化培养试验,经驯化的细菌的耐酸浓度由30g/L提高到80g/L,耐氟浓度由100mg/L提高到850mg/L。

Abstract:In order to acquire superior acid-tolerant and fluoride-tolerant stain, the tests of acclimatizing and culturing the bacteria, which had been preliminary acclimatized, had been carried out. The acid-tolerance of acclimatized bacteria had been raised from 30g/L to 80g/L, and its fluoride-tolerance had been raised from 100mg/L to 850mg/L also.
