微波辅助浸提米糠多糖工艺研究

摘    要:采用微波辅助水浸提米糠多糖,分别考查液料比、pH值、微波功率、提取时间等因素对提 取米糠多糖效果影响,并与热水直接浸提法进行比较。结果表明:微波辅助水浸提米糠多糖最佳工 艺条件为:液料比15∶1,pH 5,微波功率600 W,提取时间40 min,提取率可达2.78%;与热水直接 浸提法相比,微波辅助水浸提能显著缩短提取时间,提高提取率。

Abstract:The microwave-assisted extraction technology for rice bran polysaccharide was studied. The effects of the ratio of water to sample, pH, Microwave power and extraction time on the extractability of polysaccharides were examined. The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were the ratio of water to sample 15 : 1, pH 5, microwave power 600 W, extraction time 40 min, and the extraction rate 2.78%. Compared with the traditional water extraction method, microwave-assisted extraction have the advantage of higher extraction rate, less extraction time.
