| 摘 要： | 介绍了窑炉红外温度检测装置的组成及数据采集方案，通过步进电动机的细分定位控制实现了窑体温度无重复、无盲区的扫描检测，克服了由于窑体速度变化、扰动等因素所造成的扫描不完全的缺点。四台回转窑试运行一年，取得了令人满意的控制效果。

| Abstract: | The construction of infrared ray measuring equipment is introduced and the method of data sample,through the subdivision positioning control of step-motors,an unrepeated and non-blind-area scanning measurement of the kiln's temperature is realized.This method overcomes the shortcomings caused by incomplete scanning due to the factors such as the speed change and disturbance of the kiln body.By now,four equipment have been put into operation.For about one year and satisfactory control performance have been presented. |
