摘    要:从刀具耐用度、磨损速率和磨损形貌三个方面,对标准铣刀、变螺旋角和变齿距减振铣刀切削钛合金TB6过程中铣刀的磨损情况进行研究,旨在分析刀具几何结构对铣刀磨损的影响。通过分析三种铣刀的耐用度,研究切削速度和刀具几何结构对铣刀耐用度的影响;通过分析三种铣刀的磨损速率,研究刀具几何结构对铣刀正常磨损阶段耐磨程度的影响;通过观察三种铣刀后刀面的磨损情况,分析刀具几何结构对铣刀磨损形貌的影响。试验结果表明:刀具几何结构对铣刀耐用度、磨损速率和磨损形貌具有重要影响。

Abstract:From the aspects of tool durability,wear rate and wear morphology,the wear of standard and vibration-free milling cutters (variable helix and variable pitch milling cutters) in cutting titanium alloy TB6 is studied so as to analyze the influence of cutter geometric structure on wear of milling cutters.The influence of cutting speed and cutter geometric structure on the durability of the milling cutters is studied by analyzing the durability of the three kinds of milling cutters.The influence of cutter geometric structure on the wear rate of the normal wear stage of the milling cutters is studied by analyzing the wear rate of the three kinds of milling cutters.The influence of cutter geometric structure on the wear morphology of the milling cutters is analyzed by observing the wear of three kinds of milling cutters.The test results showed that the tool geometric structure had an important influence on the tool durability,wear strength and wear morphology of the three types of milling cutters.
