精车奥氏体不锈钢刀片失效及磨损机理的试验分析

摘    要:采用MEGACOAT NANO涂层硬质合金刀片对304奥氏体不锈钢进行精车,针对精车不锈钢加工,提出4种判断精车不锈钢刀片失效的方法。通过JVL250影像测量仪、SEM、EDS对刀片的主切削刃、刀尖、后刀面进行表征,结果表明,在精车304不锈钢时,切削刃和刀尖存在微小崩损,后刀面存在大量的铁、铬元素的粘附物,说明精车奥氏体不锈钢刀片以扩散磨损和粘结磨损为主。

Abstract:The MEGACOAT NANO coated carbide tool is used to finish the 304 austenitic stainless steel.For the stainless steel finishing,this paper proposes four methods to judge the failure of the tool.The main cutting edge,the tool tip and the flank face of the tool are characterized by JVL250 image measuring instrument,SEM and EDS.The results show that in the fine stainless steel 304 stainless steel,the cutting edge and the cutting edge have a slight chipping,and there are a lot of iron and chromium adhering substances on the flank surface.The experiment′s results show that the finishing austenitic stainless steel tool are mainly based on diffusion wear and bond wear.
