摘    要:制备固体酸催化剂SO42-/TiO2-Fe2O3,用于柠檬酸三正丁酯的合成试验.考察了反应时间、初始进料物质的量比、催化剂用量对反应产率的影响,反应最佳条件为:醇酸比6:1,催化剂用量2.0g(相对于0.1mol的柠檬酸),加热回流反应时间3h,转化率达94.5%,纯度大于99.0%.

Abstract:The solid acid catalyst SO 2- 4/TiO 2- Fe 2O 3 was prepared and its catalytic properties for the synthesis of tri-n-butyl citrate has been tested. The effects of reaction time, initial molar ratio and catalyst quantity on reaction conversion have been studied. The proper technology parameters for the process are achieved: the molar ratio of butanol to citric acid is 6:1, weight of catalyst was 2.0g (weight of 0.1mol citric acid), the reaction time was 3 hours under stirring and refluxing, then the conversion of citric acid is above 94.5%, and the purity of resulting product is over 99%.
