| 摘 要： | 探索我国西南地区的开放、开发建设与环印度洋经济圈形成的联系，融入全球经济一体化、集团化之中，构建印度洋环“泛东南亚”至大洋洲经济带（简称“亚、澳经济带”），同时，在此基础上，提出了“亚、澳经济带”总体经济发展战略的构想。

| Abstract: | This paper connects the opening and development of southwestern areas with the formation of the economic ring of Indian Ocean and puts forward the idea of constructing the economic zone including Indian Ocean economic ring, pan southeast Asia and the Oceania (short as Asia-Australia Economic Zone). In the meantime, this paper brings forth conception of the overall strategic economic development of the Asia-Australia Economic Zone. |
