摘    要:在分析以色列Nanomotion公司直线压电马达运行机理的基础上,设计了一种基于谐振原理压电马达驱动器。采用CPLD设计作为电路的逻辑控制器,利用两个背靠背高压浮地驱动MOSFET实现方向开关。通过实验证实了该压电马达驱动电路能够满足驱动压电马达的要求,同传统的驱动器相比,该文所设计驱动器提高了输出驱动信号的准确度。

Abstract:Following the analysis of the operating theory of the linear Piezoelectric Motor (PZM) provided by Nanomotion (Israel), a resonant drive circuit is designed and tested experimentally.In the circuit a CPLD chip is programmed as the logic controller and two back-to-back MOSFET serve as directional switch, drived in condition of high voltage and floating ground. It is shown that the driver is able to meet the drive requirement of the PZM. And it provides more accuracy than traditional drivers.
