高性能硬质合金长条薄片状制品的研制

摘    要:硬质合金长条薄片状制品烧结时往往出现弯曲现象,限制了它的应用。本文通过实验,研制了硬质合金长条薄片状坯条垂直插入填料中的装炉烧结方法,解决了这一难题。同时研究了填料的碳含量对硬质合金长条薄片状制品性能的影响,当碳含量为15%(质量分数)时,合金的抗弯强度和硬度达到双高。

Abstract:Long-slices of cemented carbide usually are bent during sintering and their usage is limited.A 'vertical insert installation for charging long slices in filler for sintering was developed.The effect of carbon content of filler on the performance of long cemented carbide slices was studied.The bending strength and hardness of the slices are high when the carbon content is 15wt%.
