麦胚黄酮抗动脉粥样硬化体内机制的研究

摘    要:研究不同剂量的麦胚黄酮(Flavonoids of Wheat Germ)对高脂血症大鼠血清和肝脏中胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、肝体比值以及血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH—Px)和脂质过氧化物(LPO)的影响。结果表明,麦胚黄酮可明显地降低大鼠血清和肝脏中TC、TG的含量(P〈0.01,P〈0.05),提高HDL—C的含量(P〈0.01),另外,麦胚黄酮对高脂血症大鼠具有较强的抗氧化作用,能显著降低血清和组织中LPO含量(P〈0.01),提高SOD和GSH—Px的活性(P〈0.05)。提示,麦胚黄酮具有治疗和预防动脉粥样硬化的作用。

Abstract:Effects of different dosage flavonoids of wheat germ on indexes of serum and liver for hyperlipidemia rats,such as TC,TG,HDL-C,organ to weight ratio,SOD,GSH-Px,and LPO were examined.The results show that flavonoids of wheat germ decreases the contents of TC and TG(P<0.01,P<0.05),increases the content of HDL-C(P<0.01) evidently.In addition,flavonoids of wheat germ exhibits remarkable antioxidant function on hyperlipidemia rats,also decreases the contents of LPO in serum and liver(P<0.01),enhances activity of SOD and GSH-Px(P<0.05).It is indicated that flavonoids of wheat germ is effective in prevention and cure of atherosclerosis.
