| 摘 要： | 在分析三维STL文件格式数据结构的基础上，详细介绍了网格剖分技术。在处理奇异点方面采用了合理的方法来避开，所生成的三维直角六面体网格为金属凝固数值模拟采用有限差分法计算提供了铸件和铸型实体的空间位置信息，并给出适用于任意复杂铸件形体的三维网格剖分程序，通过实际应用证明了程序的实用性。

| Abstract: | Based on the data structure of the three - Dimensional STL file format, the technology ot the mesh generation is presented. This paper provides a reasonable method for singular point to avoid and space location information on casting and cast mold for finite differential calculation in solidification simulation and the program is introduced for the mesh generation of any complex shape cast, At the same time,the experiment results indicate that the algorithm is every effective in the mesh generation. |
