锁阳多糖对运动训练大鼠抗氧化水平与运动能力的影响

摘    要:探讨锁阳多糖对运动训练大鼠不同组织抗氧化水平与运动能力的影响,为锁阳多糖在运动医学中的应用提供实验依据。以SD雄性大鼠40只,体重180~220g,随机分为安静对照组(n=8)、运动训练组(n=16)、运动锁阳多糖组(n=16)。在最后一次训练后,运动训练组和运动锁阳多糖组各有8只大鼠进行力竭运动,测定其运动至力竭的时间。8周后取材,测定不同组织与抗氧化水平相关的SOD(superoxidedismutase,超氧化物歧化酶)、CAT(catalase,过氧化氢酶)活性与MDA(maIondialdehyde,丙二醛)含量以及跑台运动至力竭时间等指标。结果显示,锁阳多糖可以提高运动训练大鼠不同组织SOD和CAT活性,降低MDA含量,延长大鼠跑台运动至力竭时间,具有抗疲劳作用。

Abstract:In order to provide reference for application of Cynomorium songaricum Rupr polysaccharide into sports medicine, the effect of it on the antioxidation level and exercise capacity of different tissues of rats was studied. Forth SD male rats with weight from 180g to 220g were randomly divided into quiet control group ( n = 8 ), exercise training group ( n = 16 ) and exercise plus Cynomorium songaricum Rupr polysaccharide group ( n = 16 ). After the last training, the time from exercise to exhaustion of eight rats respectively in exercise training group and exercise plus Cynomorium songaricum Rupr polysaceharide was tested. Eight weeks later, indexes related to antioxidation level of different issues such as SOD ( superoxide dismutase), CAT (catalase) activity and MDA ( malondialdehyde) content, and treadmill exercise to exhaustion time were measured. The results show that Cynomorium songaricum Rupr polysaccharides can improve the SOD and CAT activity of different tissues of rats, decrease MDA content, extend treadmill exercise to exhaustion time and has anti -fatigue effect.
