掺杂Pb氧化物的MnO2电极材料制备与性能

摘    要:以Mn(NO3)2、Pb(NO3)2为原料,在碱性条件下用NaCIO作氧化剂,制备掺杂Pb氧化物的MnO2电极材料。试验比较了碱和氧化剂用量、反应时间、反应温度等因素对产物电化学性能的影响。用恒电流充放电系统测试了样品的充放电容量和循环性能。结果表明:在40qC和强碱条件下,Mn(NO3)2、Pb(NO3)2与NaCIO反应4h,制得掺杂Pb氧化物的MnO2试样。经恒电流充放电性能测试,产物的充放电容量达到200mAh·g^-1,且试样的循环性能也有一定改善。

Preparation and Performance of Electrode Material Formed by MnO2 Dopped with Pb Oxide

Abstract:Electrode material ofMnO2 dopped with PbO2 was prepared with Mn (NO3 )2 and Pb (NO3)2 as raw material with NaCIO as the oxidant under alkaline condition. The effects of the amount of alkali and oxidant, reaction time and reaction temperature on the electrochemical performance of the product were compared. The sampies' charge - discharge capacity and cycle performance were tested by the system of constant current charge - discharge. MnO2 -dopped with PbO2 was obtained when the reaction temperature was 40℃, Mn ( NO3 )2 reacted with Pb (NO3 )2 and NaCIO under the strong alkali condition after 4 hours. The result showed that the product' s charge -discharge capacity achieved 200 mAh ·g-1 and its cycle performance had certainly improved, through the test by the system of constant current charge - discharge.
