摘    要:采用三氧化铬 -吡啶 /二氯甲烷氧化体系 ,选择性氧化丙烯酸β-羟乙酯 ,制备了丙烯酸 β-醛基乙酯 ,再将该单体和其它丙烯酸类、乙烯基类单体共聚 ,制备了一种含有羧基、羟基、醛基及叔胺基等多种官能团的大分子铬鞣助剂 (ECPA)。通过对比试验 ,对助剂的官能团含量进行了优化 ,确定了该助剂官能团的最佳含量范围为羧基 3 8.0 % -44 .0 %、叔胺基 1 .5 % -2 .0 %、苯基 5 .0 % -7.0 %。使用试验结果表明 :应用ECPA助剂 ,可减少初始铬用量的 3 0 % -40 %、油脂和染料用量的 1 0 % -2 0 % ,鞣制废液中的Cr2 O3 含量可以降至 1 .0mmol/L以下。此外 ,该助剂还能赋予革坯良好的丰满性、填充性能 ,从而可以减少复鞣填充剂的用量 ,用于某些软革生产可以实现主鞣 -复鞣一体化

Abstract:aldehydoethyl acrylate was prepared via oxidation of 2-hydroxyethyl acrylate at presence of CrO 3-2C 5H 5N/CH 2Cl 2.By means of copolymerization with other acrylic monomers and vinyl monomers, a kind of polymer chromium tanning auxiliary with various functional groups,such as -COOH,-CHO,-OH and -NR 2 was synthesized. Study of high exhaustion chrome tannage show that the optimum group contents in the auxiliary were 38.0%-44.0% carboxyl groups, 1.5%-2.0% tertiary amino groups and 5.0%-7.0% benzene rings. In the combination tannage of chromium and the polymer auxiliary, 30%-40% initial dosage of chromium and 10%-20% dosage of oil and dyestuff were reduced, and content of Cr 2O 3 in the wastewater was decreased below1 0mmol/L. Besides,the polymer auxiliary can impart leather excellent fullness and fillness. So for some kinds of soft leather,retanning or filling process can be avoided.
