| 摘 要： | 围绕CIMS体系结构，阐述面向CIMS的开放式数控系统的主要特征和典型模式，介绍VTC-16A立式加工中心配备的 MAZATROL 640数控系统．该数控系统基于PC平台，可以运行CAM软件，将上位机传送的CAD图形件自动生成数控代码，并具有强大的管理功能和远程诊断等功能，可以作为面向CIMS的开放式数控系统的典型实例．

| Abstract: | Around CIMS architecture,this paper discussed main features and typ ical modes of CIMS-oriented open CNC system. MAZATROL 640 CNC was introduced,w hich was set to VTC-16A MC. This CNC system was based on PC platform,CAM progr am could run on it,and CAD graphic files from upper computers could be transfor med to CNC codes. As a typical instance of CIMS-oriented open CNC system,there are also powerful supervisory function and far diagnosis etc. |
