连续变导程榨螺的数学模型及其计算机铺助设计

摘    要:本文导出了螺旋导程沿前进方向可呈三次方变化的连续变螺距螺旋的数学模型;基于螺旋压榨机体积逐渐压缩的思想,给出了以体积压缩率为依据的榨螺的基本设计计算方法。全部设计计算和绘图过程由计算机辅助完成。

Abstract:Based on the idea that volume become smaller gradually in the screw expeller, a mathematical model of the screw is deduced. The pitch of the screw can continuously change in the forward direction with the increment of a polynomial expression to the third power. A design calculation method based on the volume press ratio is also presented. All the design calculation and drawing process are completed with an aid of computer.
