摘    要:介绍AZF工艺与高塔熔体造粒工艺生产复合肥的过程,从原料调节控制、成本、产品养分等方面进行了比较,认为高塔熔体工艺综合成本较高,新建高塔熔体复合肥项目应慎重。

Abstract:The AZF process and melt granulation in high prilling tower process for urea-based compound fertilizer are introduced. By comparing the AZF process with melt granulation in high prilling tower process from material control, cost, nutrients of fertilizer, it is considered that comprehensive cost of meh granulation in high prilling tower process is higher, the new projects of compound fertilizer with melt granulation in high prilling tower should be chosen carefully.
