摘    要:采用高效液相色谱法,二极管阵列(DAD)检测器,通过DIAMONSILC18柱分析香精香料中的水杨酸含量。试验方法中水杨酸质量浓度在0.2~50mg/L范围内呈线性关系,线性相关系数为0.9997,回收率为96.50%~99.92%,相对标准偏差为0.16%。实验结果表明该法快速、简便,重现性好,适合于香精香料中水杨酸的检测。

Abstract:A method was described for determination of salicylic acid in flavor and essence by HPLC with DAD on DIAMONSIL Cls column. The absorbance of samples were linear to the amount of salicylic acid between 0.2 - 50 mg/L, with the correlative coefficient of 0.9997, the recoveries range 96.50%-99.71%, and relative standard deviation was 0.16 %. The resuits indicated that the method was simple, rapid and reproducible, reliable for salicylic acid detection.
