摘    要:针对多翼离心通风机建立全流场整机模型,采用计算流体动力学方法对其在设计工况下的内部三维流场进行了定常数值模拟,揭示了其内流场的基本特征,通过试验验证了数值方法的可靠性,并预测了多翼离心风机的多工况性能。

Numerical Simulation and Performance Forecast of Whole Flow Field in a Multi-Blade Centrifugal Fan
Abstract:Aiming at the characteristics of a multi-blade centrifugal fan widely used in different environments,the full field model is built.The steady constant numerical simulation on the internal 3-D flow field is carried out under the design condition using the CFD method and the basic characteristics of internal flow field are presented.The reliability of the numerical method is verified through test and the several working conditions of multi-blade centrifugal fan are forecasted.
