摘    要:通过对风烟系统、一次风机、变频器以及空预器等设备系统进行各种对比试验分析,结合机组检修,证明了空预器密封装置严重磨损导致漏风率突增是一次风机单耗不正常升高的原因,并提出了合理建议.

Abstract:Through a variety of comparison and test analysis for the equipment system of wind and smoke system,primary fan,inverter and air preheater,it is proved combining units maintenance that the air leakage rate suddenly increased due to the serious wear of air preheater seal device is the real reason of causing the consumption of primary fan abnormally increased.So the reasonable advice is pointed out.
