摘    要:采用多层耦合带状线谐振子结构和高介电常数材料实现带通滤波器的微型化设计.谐振子的谐振频率采用Sonnet软件计算得出,谐振子的耦合系数采用Sonnet和HFSS仿真计算得到,最后采用HFSS进行结构调整以实现设计优化.该方法设计过程简便易行,得到的滤波器结构简单,易于制作.采用该设计方法设计并制作了一个L波段的5阶低温...

Abstract:A multi-layer coupled stripline resonator structure and high-k material were introduced to realize miniature bandpass filters.Resonant frequency of the resonator was calculated by using Sonnet software.Coupling coefficients of the resonaters were calculated by using Sonnet and HFSS.Also HFSS was used to tune the structure for optimization.The design process is easy to carry through,and the filters designed via this method have simple structures for production.We designed and fabricated a L-band five stage LTCC bandpass filter with very steep pass band edges and a miniaturized structure.This result verifys the efficience of the method.
