粉煤灰用于钻孔压浆桩的可行性研究

为解决当前无砂混凝上钻孔压浆桩的水泥用量大、工程造价高等问题，经试验研究表明，当在无砂混凝土中掺入占水泥用量１５％～２０％的粉煤灰，水灰比等于或小于０．５５时，不仅降低工程造价，提供了粉煤灰综合利用的新途径，而且改善了无砂混凝土的物理力学性能，为钻孔压浆桩的推广应用创造了更有利的条件。

FEASIBILITY RESEARCH ON THE USE OF FLY ASH IN THE CEMENT GROUTNIG PILE

In older to resolve the problem of the great amount of cement and the high cost of non-sand cement grounting pile at parent, after testing studies, it is demonstrated that if fly ash is mixed into non-sand concrete by 15%￣ 20% amount of cement, and water cement ratio equal or less than 0.55, not only the cost of construction can be decreased and a new way by which fly ash is comprehensively utilized can be provided, but also physical mechanic property of non-sand concrete is improved.It provides more conenient condition for spreading and applying of cement grountin pile.
