粉煤灰用于钻孔压浆桩的可行性研究

摘    要:为解决当前无砂混凝上钻孔压浆桩的水泥用量大、工程造价高等问题,经试验研究表明,当在无砂混凝土中掺入占水泥用量15%~20%的粉煤灰,水灰比等于或小于0.55时,不仅降低工程造价,提供了粉煤灰综合利用的新途径,而且改善了无砂混凝土的物理力学性能,为钻孔压浆桩的推广应用创造了更有利的条件。

Abstract:In older to resolve the problem of the great amount of cement and the high cost of non-sand cement grounting pile at parent, after testing studies, it is demonstrated that if fly ash is mixed into non-sand concrete by 15% ̄ 20% amount of cement, and water cement ratio equal or less than 0.55, not only the cost of construction can be decreased and a new way by which fly ash is comprehensively utilized can be provided, but also physical mechanic property of non-sand concrete is improved.It provides more conenient condition for spreading and applying of cement grountin pile.
