基于ANSYS的超声振动辅助气中放电加工材料去除率计算

摘    要:建立了超声振动辅助气中放电加工的有限元模型,使用ANSYS分析软件对其温度场进行了数值模拟,计算出了仿真条件下的材料去除率,并通过加工试验验证了模拟结果,发现与试验结果吻合较好。结果表明,用ANSYS来计算超声振动辅助气中放电加工的材料去除率是一种行之有效的方法。

Abstract:Finite element model of ultrasonic vibration aided electrical discharge machining in gas is built. The machining temperature is simulated with ANSYS to calculate the material removed rate in the conditions of simulation. The data gained from the simulations is proved to be accordant with the data from test. The results indicate that the simulation with ANSYS is an effective way by which the material removed rate of ultrasonic vibration aided EDM in gas can be calculated correctly.
