摘    要:针对地下矿生产计划传统手工编制复杂繁琐、图表展示困难的问题,采用多目标规划的理论和方法,以净现值、品位和金属量为目标建立多目标规划模型,快速准确地求解出可行的生产计划方案,避免了普通线性规划的局限性,并采用三维可视化技术清晰地展示地下各种工程在空间上的分布及其相互之间的逻辑关系。提供了一套可行的生产计划编制流程,简化了生产计划的工作,并以某铁矿的实例计算证明,该方法能够有效地优化矿山的生产计划,为矿山经营决策提供依据。

Abstract:Aiming at the problem that the traditional manual weaving for making underground mine production plan is complicated and the charts are difficult to display,based on the theory and method of multi-objective programming,a multi-objective programming model is established taking net present value,grade and metal quantity for goal,a feasible production plan is solved quickly and accurately,which avoids the limitation of ordinary linear programming,3D visualization technology is used to clearly show the spatial distribution of underground engineering and their logical relationship.A set of feasible production planning process is provided, which simplifies the work of production technology.It is proved by an example of one iron mine that the method can effectively optimize the production plan of the mine and provide the basis for mine operation and decision-making.
