摘    要:针对LNG低温储罐用9%Ni钢母材,开展9%Ni钢配套的焊接材料和焊接工艺的研究工作。研制的埋弧焊丝HNi276及烧结焊剂SJ609,适用于交、直流电源两用的埋弧平焊和横焊焊接。结果表明,研制的埋弧焊丝HNi276及焊剂SJ609,其熔敷金属化学成分和各项性能均满足项目要求。新研制的镍基埋弧焊丝HNi276及焊剂SJ609与国外同类产品工艺性能及力学性能水平相当。

Abstract:The research work on the welding materials and welding technology of 9% Ni steel was carried out. The nickel based welding wire HNi276 and sintered flux SJ609 applied to AC-DC arc welding power source were developed for submerged arc welding on flat and horizontal position. The results showed that chemical composition and properties of the deposited metal can reach the requirements of the project. The processing property and mechanical properties of the weld metal are equivalent to those of the foreign products of the same kind.
