Pb(Zr_(0.52)Ti_(0.48))O_3铁电陶瓷烧结工艺及性能研究

摘    要:采用固态反应方法制备了Pb(Zr0.52Ti0.48)O3 铁电陶瓷靶材。利用TG-DTA分析了PbO、ZrO2和TiO2粉末混合物的分解、化合反应,通过XRD研究了烧结工艺对Pb(Zr0.52Ti0.48)O3 铁电陶瓷的晶相结构的影响。研究表明,采用870℃预烧、1 200℃终烧、分别保温2 h和4 h的烧结工艺,Pb(Zr0.52Ti0.48)O3 铁电陶瓷纯度高 ,致密性好、晶粒均匀,且具有良好的介电与铁电性能。

Abstract:Pb(Zr0.52Ti0.48)O3 ferroelectric ceramics were sintered by solid-synthesis. The decomposition and synthesis behaviors of the compound of powdered PbO, ZrO2 and TiO2 were investigated by TG-DTA. The effects of sintering technology on the crystal phase of Pb(Zr0.52Ti0.48)O3 were investigated by XRD. The results indicated that the high quality Pb(Zr0.52Ti0.48)O3 ceramics which have good ferroelectric characteristics can be obtained by pre-sintering at 870℃ for 2 hours, and sintering at 1 200℃ for 4 hours.
