摘    要:在内燃机风扇离合器高海拔(低气压)模拟试验台上,研究了不同海拔高度(0km~5km)下硅油风扇离合器的分离、结合特性,以及对发动机性能的影响。研究结果表明:随着海拔高度的增加,发动机输出转矩和功率下降、烟度排放增加。燃油消耗率在小负荷时增加较多,在大负荷时增加较少。硅油风扇整个分离与结合时间呈现减小趋势。硅油风扇转速在小负荷时变化不明显,在大负荷时将逐渐降低。

Abstract:The separating and combining characteristics of silicon-oil fan clutch and its influence on engine performances were investigated in an engine testing bench where the altitude was simulated from 0 km to (5 km). The results show that increasing altitude will decrease engine torque and power, increase engine exhaust smoke. It is shown that fuel consumption will increase higher at low load than that at high load condition. Meanwhile, the time for separating and combining of silicon-oil fan clutch gives a decreasing tendency. The variation of fan rotating speed is little at low engine load but gradually decreases at high engine load.
