| 摘 要： | 本文针对房地产项目中有多家施工单位、出现多个不同的工程进度,对应产生不同的工程管理目标和管理方法,项目建设单位应具有应对复杂项目的综合管理能力,采取不同对策进行多维度管理,以达到工程项目整体目标的顺利实现。
