摘    要:通过对压电陶瓷的机电能量转换机理和电能存储特性的研究,设计制作了一种压电发电装置和相应的能量转换及存储电路。在此基础上设计了一种新型压电式自供电无线发射装置,并对该系统进行了试验测试。这种压电式自供电无线发射装置结构简单、不发热、无污染、无电磁干扰、易于加工制作和实现结构上的小型化、集成化,可为各种便携式微小型电子产品和无源传感、监测系统的电源选用提供新的参考依据。

Abstract:A piezoelectric power-generation device and the corresponding circuit for energy transformation and storage were designed and fabricated through the study on the mechano-electric energy transformation of the piezoelectric ceramics and their electricity storage characteristic.Based on this,a novel wireless electropult using the piezoelectric self-powersupply was developed and its tests were performed.The developed wireless electropult is characterized by the strucutre simplicity,miniaturization and integration,easy to fabricate,without thermal load,environment pollution and electromagnetic interference.It provides a new option for the power supply in a variety of portable miniature electronic facilities,passive sensors,and monitoring systems.
