摘    要:讨论了基于模型仿真的汽轮发电机组轴系扭应力监测装置的测量误差,指出模型误差和初值差对扭应力计算精度有明显影响,在此基础上提出了用状态观测器实现扭应力测量的方法,通过优选观测器反馈增益矩阵,能够较好地克服模型误差和初值误差对应力测量的不良影响。

Abstract:The measurement error of the torsional stress analyzer (TSA), in which the model-based simulation is used, is discussed, and it is pointed out that the model error and the initial value error have strong effect on the precision of torsional stress calculation. Based on the discussion, a new method of torsional stress measurement using state observer is proposed, and it is proved that the bad effects of model error and initial value error on stress measurement can be reduced obviously through optimizing the feedback gain matrix of the observer.
