企业铁路调车计划的AHP模糊综合评价

摘    要:针对目前企业铁路调车计划的评估仍不够完善的现状,建立了AHP(层次分析法)与模糊综合评价相结合的调车计划评价方法.利用层次分析法确定了调车计划各评价指标的权重,采用模糊综合评价的方法对评价信息进行分析处理,最后得到评价结果,验证了层次分析法和模糊综合评价相结合进行调车计划评价的合理性与可靠性.

Abstract:In view that the present situation of evaluation of enterprise railway shunting plan is still not perfect, the AHP(analytic hierarchy process) shunting plan evaluation method is established combined with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. The AHP is used to determine the weight of each evaluation index of shunting plan, and comprehensive fuzzy evaluation method is used to analyze the evaluation information, finally the evaluation results are obtained to verify the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the combination of rationality and reliability of shunting plan evaluation.
