| 摘 要： | 为自动、实时、准确、详细地获取钢铁连铸设备的信息,并为设备的维修维护提供更好的服务,提出面向钢铁连铸设备维护、维修和大修的工业物联网框架。该框架给出了工业物联网在钢铁领域的应用环境,它不仅能够为钢铁企业提供新的数据源,而且能够在一定程度上改进企业的生产和维修流程。描述了所提框架的结构层次及需要研究的关键技术,指出物联网技术是实现钢铁连铸设备维护维修的关键,并分析了该技术在连铸设备维护维修服务中的实现方法。应用案例证明了该方案的有效性。
