| 摘 要： | 针对机械产品概念设计过程中功能与结构组件映射后进行设计方案配置时存在的组合爆炸问题,从降低潜在失效风险的角度出发,提出了一种基于组件失效知识的结构组件优选方法。在分析整理以往产品失效记录的基础上,构建了集产品组件—失效模式知识、失效模式关联关系知识和失效模式—失效风险知识于一体的组件—失效模式—模式关联—失效风险知识模型,给出了组件—失效模式—模式关联—失效风险知识的获取与表达方式。在此基础上,提出了基于组件—失效模式—模式关联—失效风险知识模型的结构组件失效风险值计算方法和结构组件优选方法,并以汽车差速器设计为例验证了所提方法的有效性。
