摘    要:电振电机在生产过程采用变频器控制时经常跳闸,变频器故障显示为电流过大,同时轴承变黑,且无法正常使用。通过检查变频器本身、负载以及参数后,均未出现任何问题,后查明是轴电流引起。在安装滤波器后轴承电流减少到可以忽略的水平,电机的使用寿命得以大大提高,且最终解决了变频器过流问题。

The AC inverter's application and maintenance in the metallurgical industry
Abstract:The vibration motor with AC inverter always triped in the production process control with the inverter fault of overcurrent.At the same time the bearing became black and can not work properly. By examining the inverter itself, as well as the parameters of the load, there were none problems. Finally the real reason is bearing current. After the installation of filters, the bearing current can be reduced to negligible levels, and the service life of motor can be greatly en- hanced. Also the overcurrent fault ...
