| 摘 要： | 介绍了SHU速度型滚动轴承振动综合测量仪的硬件构成、软件设计及其主要功能,并分别对正常轴承和存在缺陷的故障轴承进行测试和分析,测量结果表明:该综合测量仪对正常轴承测得的数据比较稳定,对故障轴承的故障原因的判断准确。

| Abstract: | The hardware constitution,software design and main functions of the SHU velocity-type rolling bearing vibration analyzer are introduced,and then the normal bearing and fault bearing are analyzed and tested respectively.The results show that the analyzer can measure the vibration of normal bearing stably and judge the fault cause of bearing accurately. |
