摘    要:分析了Shell煤气制甲醇装置高水气比耐硫变换工艺在生产中遇到的频繁超温、蒸汽消耗高、工艺冷凝液量大等问题及所采取的措施,提出用低水气比取代高水气比耐硫变换工艺的设计思路,介绍了具体改造内容。实施后有效地解决了上述采用高水气比变换工艺存在的问题。

Abstract:The paper analyzes the problems,excessive temperature of catalysis bed,high steam consumption,quantities of process condensate etc.,frequently occurred in CO shift system with high water to gas ratio process in Shell gas based methanol plant.Some measures to solve it were adopted,but the effect was limited.So the low water/gas CO shift process was presented.The paper introduces its design concept and revamp detail.The problems are solved effectively after revamping and the process converting is completed.
