某型航空发动机管路振动特性的有限元研究

摘    要:针对某型发动机工作过程中一段管路重复发生泄漏的情况,利用有限元方法对该段管路模态进行了计算,得到了管路的固有频率及模态振型。结果表明,该段管路的固有频率与发动机的工作转速频率很接近,管路与发动机工作产生共振,是造成管路损坏泄漏的原因。在此结论的基础上,采用了相应的措施,解决了共振问题,提高了发动机工作的可靠性。

Finite Element Analysis Method of Vibration Characteristics for Aeroengine Lines

Abstract:For the leakage of some period of pipeline in the aeroengine work process,the external pipeline mode of an aeroengine is calculated by the Finite Element Analysis(FEA) method.The natural frequency and modal shape of the lines are also obtained.The results indicate that the natural frequency of the pipeline is very close to the engine working frequency,which causes damage to the causes for the leakage of pipeline.On the basis of the conclusion,we use the corresponding measures to solve the resonant problem and improve the engine working reliability.
