摘    要:针对目前往复压缩机气阀故障诊断中存在的问题,提出了基于小波包变换与能量算子相结合的包络解调技术对其振动信号进行包络分析,解决了对信号包络解调前需要人为确定载波带对信号进行带通滤波的问题.并将其用于往复压缩机气阀的故障诊断,实例数据的分析表明,把包络信号的歪度值和峭度值作为特征指标较好地区分了气阀的不同故障,并且表现出抑噪特性.

Abstract:Aimed at the current reciprocating compressor valve fault diagnosis,an envelope demodulation method by using wavelet packet transform and energy operator was proposed.The method was applied to the fault diagnosis of gas valves of a reciprocating compressor and the skewness value and kurtosis value of envelope signal were used as the feature indicators.The results show the method is satisfactory.
