微乳切削液中防锈剂的研究

摘    要:对轴承零件在加工过程中的锈蚀和微乳切削液防锈机理进行了分析,以有机杂环多元羧酸和三乙醇胺为原料,合成了有机酸三乙醇胺。试验结果表明,有机酸三乙醇胺具有良好的防锈和防腐蚀能力,当微乳切削液中加入6%的有机酸三乙醇胺时,产品性能达到国家相关标准的要求。

Abstract:The corrosion mechanism of the bearing parts in processing and the antirust mechanism of micro emulsive cutting fluid are analyzed,and the organic acid triethanolamine is synthesized with triethanolamine and organic heterocyclic polycarboxylic acid.The results show that the organic acid triethanolamine has good properties of antirust and anticorrosion;when adding 6% organic acid triethanolamine,the performances of the micro emulsive cutting fluid are accordant with the Chinese standard.
