静电纺聚酰胺6纳米纤维纱的形态和力学性能

摘    要:利用自制的改进型静电纺丝装置,以质量百分数为22%的聚酰胺6/甲酸溶液为纺丝液,制备了由定向排列的聚酰胺6纳米级纤维构成的连续长丝纱,分析了纺丝高度和卷绕速度对纤维形态和直径、纱线直径以及力学性能的影响。研究发现:随着纺丝高度的增加,纤维的定向排列程度提高、直径减小;纱线的直径先减小后增加;断裂应力先增加后减小。随着卷绕速度的增加,纤维的定向排列程度有显著的提高;纤维和纱线的直径都减小;而断裂应力则呈上升的趋势。卷绕速度对纤维及纱线的影响效果强于纺丝高度。

Abstract:Continuous polyamide 6(PA6) filament constructed of oriented alignment nano-scale fibers were made with a homemade modified electrospinning instrument from PA6/formic acid solution with a mass concentration of 22%.The effects of tip-to-collector distance(SD) and rotation speed(RS) on the morphology,diameter,and mechanical properties of the electrospun nano-scale fiber filaments were discussed.The results indicate that with the increase of SD,the oriented alignment of the fiber was improved,the diameter of t...
