| 摘 要： | 对 2 75 t/ d P2 O5磷酸装置真空冷却系统的生产进行总结 ,并结合必要的工艺计算进行验证剖析。对磷酸生产中的热量来源、热量构成、热量移除方法 ,尤其是真空冷却技术有关参数的选取、设备选型、污染控制等做了分析 ,力图对真空冷却技术有一个比较全面的认识。

| Abstract: | A summary is drawn the operation of vacuum co oling system in a 275 t/d phosphoric acid facility and a check analysis is made on some necessary calculations. Heat resource, heat mix, heat removal in phospho ric acid production, especially the selection of parameters on vacuum cooling, e quipment and pollution control are examined, aiming at a complete recognitio n of vacuum cooling technique. |
