摘    要:国内涡轮增压器出厂试验,传统方式是采用指针式仪表,通过人工方式读取试验数据的手段进行。为了改变国内增压器厂落后的增压器性能测试技术,提高增压器性能测试的效率和自动化与智能程度,该文设计了一套以嵌入式ARM7处理器为核心的增压器性能测试系统,并以嵌入式Linux操作系统为平台,实现了数据采集(包括增压器的转速、温度、压力、流量等13路信号)、参数监测、性能分析、远程传输和测试报告打印等多种功能。通过重庆江津径流增压器厂的应用表明,该系统功能完善,运行可靠,测试数据精确,显示界面友好,操作简单,提高了测试工作的效率,其具有广阔的应用前景。

Abstract:At present,the domestic turbocharger's ex-factory testing was carried out by adopting pointer indicators which read testing data by manpower.In order to improve the turbocharger capability test and the efficiency of the automatic intelligent degree,a new turbocharger capability testing system which adopts the embedded processor ARM7 as its core is designed.The system contains test platform,embedded acquisition system and PC capability analyzing software,realizing many functions such as data acquisition,parameter supervising,capability analyses and long distance transmission etc.Applied by the ChongQing JiangJin Runoff Turbocharger Factory,it is showed that the system has perfect function,credible run,precise testing data,friendly software interface and simple manipulation to improve the testing efficiency and have a bright future.
