广州跑马地居住小区CRG桩设计及试验研究 |

摘 要: | CRG桩施工方法获得了国家发明专利技术。作者提出CRG桩可以按嵌岩桩设计,并提出其设计计算公式,文章就设计、施工和检测方法的若干原则问题进行了讨论。在广州跑马地居住小区工程桩设计前,对CRG桩进行了低应变、高应变和静载试验,对试验结果做了对比分析。根据试验结果确定工程桩的单桩承载力特征值。在B1栋高层建筑施工过程中做了沉降观测,结果表明CRG桩对控制高层建筑的沉降达到了人工挖孔桩的效果,应用在高层建筑桩基础中取得成功。

Abstract: | The design method of CRG piles(Concrete Reinforced Grouting Piles)which get the national invention patent could be taken as the design of the embedded-rock piles and the calculation formula is presented. The design method,construction and testing method are discussed.The CRG piles were tested by using the Iow strain integrated testing,the high strain dynamic testing and the static load testing in Guangzhou Paomadi residential area before the engineering piles were designed,and the testing results were analyzed.The characteristic values of the bearing capacity of single pile were determined by the testing results.The settlement monitoring was completed in the construction of the high-rise building No.B 1.The settlement control of the CRG piles is as good as the hand dug piles.The application of CRG piles is successful in the pile foundation of the high-rise building. |
