零质量射流及其在进气道流动控制中的应用研究

摘    要:该文采用数值方法,模拟了零质量射流激励器工作流场,并对其在超声速进气道流动中的控制效果进行了仿真研究。运用有限体积法求解N-S方程,空间离散采用Roe格式,时间离散采用基于LU-SGS的双时间步长方法。针对激励器压电振子的运动过程,使用了基于广义无限插值方法的并行化动网格生成技术,并考虑几何守恒律。研究了零质量射流的非定常特性,获得了不同驱动频率下激励器出口附近的流动参数并与实验值进行对比,进一步分析了激励器驱动频率对进气道流动控制效果的影响。结果表明:数值方法能较为准确的描述零质量射流,将零质量射流激励器运用于进气道流动控制能有效改善进气道性能。

Abstract:Numerical methods are adopted to investigate the flow field of zero net mass flux actuator, including the supersonic inlet flow field with actuator. The Roe upwind scheme and the fully implicit dual-time step method are utilized for spatial discretization and time marching respectively. The parallelized deforming grid algorithm based on transfinite interpolation is used to simulate the unsteady flow fields with moving boundaries, considering the geometric conservation law. The influence of driving frequency on zero net mass flux actuator is analyzed to study the unsteady characteristics of zero net mass flux. Furthermore, the different effects of flow control by zero net mass flux flow actuator in supersonic inlet flow field are derived using different driving frequencies. The results show that numerical methods are suitable to represent zero net mass flux and the actuator can effectively improve the supersonic performance.
