摘    要:采用有限元法计算了两种工艺淬火的9CrSi双曲线管材矫直辊残余应力分布。结果表明,与常规淬火相比,差温加热淬火能降低残余应力峰值,并使内孔表面呈压应力状态,有助于减小淬火开裂倾向.计算所得的常规淬火工件残余应力峰值位置,与实际生产中工件开裂部位相同,表明本文所用计算方法可行。

Abstract:Theresidual stress distribution in hyperbolic tube straightening roller made of 9CrSi steel quenched by two different technologies is calculated using Finite Element Method(FEM). The results show that the peak value of the residual stresses in the roller after differential heating quenching(DHQ)iS less than that after conventional quenching, and the compressive stress on the surface of hole appears after DHQ,which has contribution to reduce crack.The calculating results also show that the position of the ,peak value of the residual stress in the work piece after conventional quenching is the same place where the crackoccurs during practical production process. So it proves thatthe calculating method used in this paper is feasible.
