PbTe薄膜及单晶的电磁特性研究

摘    要:采用布里奇曼法在 Ar气气氛中于石英坩锅内合成了 Pb Te单晶 ,并运用真空蒸镀法制成了其多晶薄膜 ,测试了它们的伏安特性、热电特性、光电导效应 .实验发现 :所合成的 Pb Te单晶是 P型半导体 ,对可见光较敏感 ;Pb Te薄膜及单晶的温差电动势具有相同的数量级 ,均具有显著的热电效应 .

Abstract:PbTe single crystals were grown by Bridgman method, its thin films have been prepared by vacuum deposition, the electrical conductivity, thermoelectric coefficient and photo conduction were measured. PbTe single crystals were reported to be a P type semiconductor, they have sensitivity to visible light, its single crystals and films have significant thermoelectrical effect.
