摘    要:为开发棉绢丝牛奶蛋白纤维混纺弹力纱,根据原料的不同特点,重点对牛奶蛋白纤维进行预处理,优选了原料混和方案和混纺比,改装了弹力牵伸装置;同时优化纺纱各工序工艺参数、合理控制车间温湿度。通过关键技术的攻关,有效解决了成纱毛羽多、棉结多、成纱条干差等技术难题。使纺纱质量达到了客户要求。

Abstract:To develop cotton milk protein blended elastic yarn,according to raw material different properties,milk protein fibre were pretreated especially,raw material blending method and blending ratio were optimized,elastic draft device were modified.At the same time processing parameter were optimized in each process and workshop temperature was controlled properly.Through solving key technical problems,yarn hairiness,neps,yarn evenness et al could be controlled effectively,finally the yarn quality could reach customer demands.
