FA/LMA/MMA三元共聚物乳液的合成与性能

摘    要:在复配的乳化体系中合成了稳定的氟代丙烯酸酯 (FA)、甲基丙烯酸月桂酯 (LMA)、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)三元共聚物乳液 ,通过红外光谱表征了共聚物的结构组成 ,考察了乳化剂以及单体配比对聚合物乳液性能的影响 ,采用接触角测定法研究了乳胶膜的拒水拒油性能。

Abstract:Fluoroacrylate copolymer stable emulsion was made by emulsion polymerization under empolyment fluorocarbon surfactant with fluoroacrylate,lauryl methylacrylate,methyl methylacrylate as monomers.The composition of copolymer was demonstrated by FT\|IR,The influence of emulsifers and comonomers on latex properties were studied,and the water\|resistant and oil\|resistant properties of copolymer film were investigated by contact angles method.
