| 摘 要： | 研究了屋顶、地面、山墙耗热量和冷风渗透耗热量对热用户耗热量的影响，引入综合修正系数对热量表计量值加以修正，使热费合理分摊。以15栋住宅建筑物为对象，研究了北方5个城市综合修正系数随建筑朝向、地区、节能率和建筑物体形系数的变化规律。

| Abstract: | The influence of the heat consumption of roof, floor, external wall and permeation on user heat consumption is studied. The metering value of heat meter is corrected by comprehensive correction factors so as to rationally share heat cost. Taking 15 residential buildings for object, the change regularity of the comprehensive correction factors with building orientations, region, rate of energy saving and coefficient of building body is studied in 5 northern cities. |
